Frequently Asked Reservation Questions

► Do I need to print a voucher for my hotel or activity booking?

In an effort to go paperless, Experience New Orleans has arranged for most of it's providers to do virtual redemptions. This means that you can show your phone or they can verify your information with an ID upon arrival. However, there are a few businesses that still require paper vouchers and it's recommended to view the reservation for details. If you are in a situation where you didn't print your voucher when it is required, give us a call and we can fax or email the voucher to the tour or hotel provider.

► How can I view my reservation information?

Once you book your reservation, you should receive an email with an access code and your voucher attached. If you create an account upon booking, then you can log back in and view your current and past order information at any time.

► Can I change the dates of my reservation?

Yes, you can change your reservation if the tour or hotel provider has availability. Experience New Orleans does not charge for changing reservations, but the vendor may have a policy that requires a fee. Call or email us and we will gladly make any adjustments.

► How do i cancel my reservation?

You will first need to let Experience New Orleans know that you are going to cancel via phone, email or livechat. Depending on how late you cancel, the reservation may be non-refundable. You will have to review the vendor agreement when you book as it will state the policies on cancellation. Do not call the vendor directly to reschedule or cancel. Only a Experience New Orleans representative can make changes to a reservation.
